I've only tried this for a few days (in combination with a plant based diet) and I already notice a difference. I've had more energy to get my steps in & exercise. I also noticed lots of improvement in my complexion which I truly believe is from the burdock root in this! Thanks for great products!
I started taking this product a month ago. I purposely missed a few days of taking my blood pressure medicine. to my surprise, there was a significant drop in blood pressure. This product has also helped with energy and brain fog. I am able to concentrate more and my memory, focus and mental sharpness is laser sharp. I highly recommend this product. I also use the bladder wrack and sea moss.
