Shipping policy
At Zeal Living LLC, we provide free shipping on all orders over $50 within 50 United States.
Affordable shipping options are available for all international orders.
All orders for any and all items, excluding Irish Moss Gel made Sunday through Thursday will be shipped out the next business day in most cases. Orders within the states take anywhere between 2-7 days to arrive at the destination once shipped, depending on a few variables (holidays, peek seasons etc).
Irish Moss Gel Shipping & Liability Policy
Irish Moss Gel is a perishable product and is shipped under the following strict conditions:
Shipping Days:
- Irish Moss Gel orders ship Mondays and Tuesdays only to reduce the risk of transit delays.
Required Shipping Method:
- Customers must select Priority Shipping or faster at checkout.
- Ground shipping is not permitted for Irish Moss Gel orders.
Customer Tracking & Acceptance Responsibility:
- Customers are solely responsible for tracking their shipment and ensuring the package is accepted immediately upon delivery.
- Packages left unattended, delayed, or exposed to heat are not the responsibility of Zeal Living.
Refrigeration Requirement:
- Irish Moss Gel must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.
- Choosing to consume Irish Moss Gel after failing to refrigerate promptly is done entirely at the customer’s own risk.
Assumption of Risk:
By purchasing Irish Moss Gel, the customer assumes all risks associated with shipping, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Missed deliveries
- Packages left outside
- Improper storage after delivery
No Liability:
Zeal Living accepts zero liability or responsibility for Irish Moss Gel once it has been shipped, including but not limited to spoilage, degradation, or customer consumption after improper handling.
No Refunds or Replacements:
- Due to the perishable nature of Irish Moss Gel, all sales are final.
- No refunds, replacements, or reships will be issued for any reason, including shipping delays, improper storage, or failure to follow handling instructions.
By placing an order for Irish Moss Gel, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all shipping, handling, and liability terms stated above.
Once any order is shipped, each customer receives tracking info either by email or text (if a phone number was provided). It is the customers duty to track the package and try to be around if possible when delivered to ensure a safe delivery. We are a small company with limited resources, and unfortunately cannot track your packages. If an item is not able to be delivered for any reason - it is the customers duty to contact the postal carrier (USPS, UPS etc) and locate the package. Once an item has been delivered (tracking says it was delivered). It is then fully, the customers responsibility to ensure its picked up either from the mailbox or doorstep and moved to a safe location. We are not responsible for an item that was potentially stolen or misplaced. Tracking will not state it has been delivered if it has not. Please add details to your tracking through the postal carriers website or apps available if you need your package left in a certain location (inside side gate instead of on porch etc). In the event that an item or box is damaged; customer must take pictures and/or video before and after opening the package and notify us within 24 hours.
With international orders; customer assumes all risk. In the event of a lost or damaged package/item, the customer must file a claim with the postal carrier.
