Recommended use : 

May be used as a parasite cleanse & detox, taken before meals to prevent gas & acid reflux issues, or used as a gut health remedy for G.I. issues. 

Start with 1 capsule to assess tolerance. 

Take with at least 8 oz of water, juice or some fruit.

Recommended usage/dosage for parasite cleanse/detox is 3 capsules @ 3x per day while juice, fruit or water fasting. Use at least 4 capsules per day. Use of this product as a parasite cleanse without any type of fasting protocol is not recommended for best results. Recommended fasting period is 3 - 10 days. 3 capsules @ 3x per day for 10 days completes the bag and full potency parasite cleanse. We recommend 3 - 6 parasite cleanses per year, depending on health, diet and activity level. A "floaty" or euphoric feeling is normal when taking Wormwood if not familiar with the herb. This feeling subsides and is actually a sign of high quality Wormwood.

Recommended use for gut health, better digestion, gas & acid reflux issues is 1 - 3 capsules 30 minutes before eating. Use for no more than 30 days at a time with 2 - 7 day breaks.
