Recommended use : 

May be used as a natural laxative or colon cleanse detox.

Start with 1 capsule to assess tolerance. Wait 4-8 hours for results.

Take with at least 8 oz of water, juice or some fruit.

Recommended usage for natural laxative is 1 - 4 capsules daily, spread out into 1-3 doses. Use in the evening or before bed to achieve morning bowel movements and regularity. Do not use for more than 7-14 days without taking a 2-5 day break.

Recommended usage/dosage for colon cleanse/detox is 3 capsules @ 2 -3x per day while juice, fruit or water fasting. Use of this product as a colon cleanse without any type of fasting protocol is not recommended for best results. May use up to 12 capsules daily, spread over 2-3 doses. Recommended fasting period is 3 - 10 days. We recommend 3 - 12 colon cleanses per year, depending on diet and activity level.
